How It Works

You notice that your engine is not acting as it should, possibly knocking or there is a loss of acceleration.

You contact World Hyundai at 877.360.8298 or schedule service on this website.

World Hyundai arranges either a drop-off appointment or a tow-in.

Your car is diagnosed by an ASE Certified Hyundai Technician.

A determination is made on how to repair your engine once the cause is identified.

If the problem is covered under warranty or as a recall, we will submit the information to Hyundai for approval.

If approved by Hyundai, the necessary parts will be ordered and we will schedule the repair.

If the situation allows, a loaner vehicle will be provided* while the repair is being performed.

A Multi-Point inspection will be performed and possible suggestions for additional maintenance may be suggested at this time.

If the vehicle is not running another Multi-Point Inspection will be performed once repaired to determine if any additional suggestions should be made.

Once the repair is completed you will return to the dealership to pick up the vehicle.
